This sake is brewed using sake instead of water. It features a deep, characteristic sweetness. Chiebijin’s Kijoshu aged for one year is also sweet and richly flavorful, creating new pairing possibilities. Enjoy it across a wide temperature range, from chilled to nurukan (lukewarm).
