
This sake was crafted with the desire to achieve clean yet flavorful junmai sake at a 70% polishing ratio, with a sharp finish. It features a rich sweetness and aroma, with a crisp throat feel. Made with locally grown Hinohikari rice from Kitsuki—Chiebijin’s flagship sake. Awarded the top President’s Prize at the 2018 Kura Master competition in France.
